You will receive a package of Buyer Representation Documents at our first significant meeting that explains the legalities of whom agents will be representing and recommendations on inspections, as well as the legalities of buying a home.
3. Should you need assistance in financing or being pre-qualified Tom Dowdy has twelve years lending experience and is also a licensed mortgage loan officer. Tom’s primary business is representing buyers and sellers but offers lending services for “one stop shopping convenience” and can often save his customers some loan costs or get them a slightly better interest rate than most lenders are offering. You’ll get a “good faith” estimate on what to expect in the way of expenses, closing costs, prepaid items, and monthly mortgage payment. We will also gladly work with another lender of your choice.

Through our “prospect” automated search features we can set you up to receive all new MLS listings meeting your purchase criteria, listings where the price was just reduced, and listings that had contracts cancelled and are back on the market. You can preview, at your own pace, every home matching your search criteria and notify us of any homes you would like to see.
5. You’ll have a strong “Buyer’s Agent” team, with great negotiating skills, with a wide knowledge of the areas, homes, and builders. School info, tax info, and previous sales info can be provided for any area of interest.
6. You will not be alone…we’ll be with you through every phase of the buying process, from searching for your dream home, to writing the offer, negotiating the offer, dealing with inspections and repair issues, helping with your financing, and all the way through closing. You’ll receive honest, knowledgeable advice, and straightforward answers - always.
7. You’ll be exclusively represented by a team with 36 years of combined experience, over 1500 closed sales transactions, as well as years of assisting buyers, relocation families, and relocation companies.
